Message	then use some rubbing compound by hand and terry cloth.. then paint polish.. You'll see it shine bright! I believe its the cosmoline that makes it look dull. If you look at my headlight buckets area.. those I didn't wetsand and buff. I just cleaned/degreased and then used paint polish.
